Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale IT implementation for the California State Controller's Office CSPS program. This role focuses on managing cross-functional teams, governance, and delivering results in a complex, multi-year environment.

The position requires strong PM skills, PMP certification, and the ability to work with clients and system integrators. Remote work is allowed within the continental United States, with travel as needed, and a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Seven years of broad, extensive PM experience; at least four years as a senior PM on large/complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree required and PMP certification; PMP required and not substitutable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management plans and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure PM processes are followed and documentation is maintained per policy.
• Provide risk, issue, and health reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support client and IS staff, managing relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery.
