Babington is seeking a Customer Engagement Consultant (Public Sector) to remotely manage and grow relationships across its apprenticeship and training portfolio, with travel as needed. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Engagement to identify opportunities, build pipelines and drive revenue through a consultative sales approach.

The role covers new business, account retention and stakeholder engagement within the UK funded learning landscape, offering 25 days leave, a healthcare

Formación

• Experience in sales, business development or account management (apprenticeships/funded learning preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience managing customer accounts with retention and growth responsibilities.
• Strong consultative, solution-based sales capability engaging stakeholders at various levels.
• Knowledge of the UK apprenticeship and funded learning landscape, funding and compliance.
• Ability to identify customer needs and align to training solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze markets and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Highly organized with multiple accounts and priorities.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
