Job summary

LVT is seeking a Director of Public Sector Capture & Contracts to drive growth with federal, state, and education customers. You will shape requirements, win prime and subcontract proposals, and oversee GSA Schedule strategy while collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

This senior, fully remote role offers a path to executive influence in government contracting and a compensation package reflecting expertise in federal procurement and BD leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a company’s GSA Schedule and pricing.
• Strong written and oral communication for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to shape requirements and influence acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, persuasive, and compliant responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and grants.
• Lead or support end-to-end federal capture for major opportunities.
• Develop a robust 18-month pipeline from GovWin, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov and grants portals.
