Job summary

Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a remote contract with a Public sector client. You will review corporate services processes, map current workflows, and identify stopping points or simplifications.

The role runs until 18 December with a strong likelihood of extension to 31 March 2027. You will collaborate with Grants Management to understand needs and design automation opportunities, translating requirements into actionable specs and presenting

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in process review and process mapping.
• Experience identifying and specifying automation opportunities.
• Confident translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Public sector experience is highly beneficial.
• Grants management or corporate services experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process review: map current corporate services processes, including business rules, handovers, responsibilities and pain points.
• Stop, simplify or keep: identify which processes can be stopped, which need reviewing, and which are working well.
• Automation opportunities: pinpoint where manual tasks can be automated and set out clear requirements to make that happen.
• Grants management: work hands-on with the Grants Management team to understand their needs and improve how their work flows.
• Recommendations: present clear, practical recommendations to stakeholders on what should change and why.
