Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a senior leader to oversee governance, proposal development, and program management across the Public Safety Consulting Services portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, establish SOPs, monitor risks, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards.

You will partner with leadership, manage client engagements, and guide SMEs and staff to produce client-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, healthcare, fire administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in public safety consulting with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supporting proposal development, project management, and client delivery.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Governance lead across PSCS portfolio ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop and improve SOPs across proposal development, delivery, and reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance and mitigate risks.
• Lead and coordinate proposal development with content strategy and SMEs.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets and schedules.
