Responsibilities

• Serve as governance lead across the PSCS portfolio, ensuring consistency and quality in delivery approaches, tools, and processes.
• Establish and improve SOPs, templates, and best practices across proposals, project delivery, and reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate proposal development efforts, including content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop compelling, high-quality technical content and differentiators.
• Support business development activities, including pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, and capture planning.
• Provide hands‑on oversight across multiple projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Monitor status and report outcomes to leadership; accountability for contract lifecycle and invoicing.
• Coordinate and optimize internal staff and SME utilization; manage subcontractor bench and capacity.
• Facilitate collaboration across service lines for integrated client solutions.
• Engage stakeholders, support onboarding, meetings, workshops, and executive communications.
