Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on and virtual training for Cloud software technologies within Global Education.

You will tailor sessions for varying user levels, from end users to system admins in public safety, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences. The role requires a blend of initiative, instructional experience, and adaptability to optimize customer education, with in-person and remote delivery and collaboration with the CommandCentral

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification required.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• 3+ years of public safety experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions customer software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain CJIS background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Submit department reports within established standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
