Knowesis Inc. in Aberdeen, MD is seeking a Program Evaluator II to provide statistical guidance and evaluation expertise for Public Health Program Evaluation studies supporting DoD and federal clients.

The role involves study design, analysis planning, interpretation of findings, and production of technical reports and presentations. The incumbent will collaborate with data managers, evaluation teams, and government stakeholders to ensure scientifically sound and regulatory-compliant evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting public health research or program evaluation.
• Experience developing statistical analysis plans and technical documentation.
• Experience conducting quantitative analyses and interpreting complex datasets.
• Experience preparing technical reports, tables, figures, and presentations.
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical guidance for study design and statistical analysis.
• Write and review statistical sections of Public Health Program Evaluation studies.
• Develop statistical analysis plans and datasets specifications, tables, figures, and reporting outputs.
• Perform statistical analyses utilizing established quantitative methodologies and software.
• Interpret findings and prepare statistical sections of study reports and evaluation deliverables.
• Collaborate with data managers, study personnel, government stakeholders, and other customers.
