Knowesis is seeking a Program Evaluator II to provide statistical guidance, study design support, and analytical expertise for Public Health Program Evaluation projects supporting Defense Centers for Public Health - Aberdeen. You will collaborate with data managers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure scientifically sound work and compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related
• Minimum five years of experience supporting public health research or program evaluation
• Experience developing statistical analysis plans and technical documentation
• Experience conducting quantitative analyses and interpreting complex datasets
• Experience preparing technical reports, tables, figures, and presentations
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical guidance for Public Health Program Evaluation study design and analysis
• Write and review statistical sections of Public Health Program Evaluation studies
• Develop statistical analysis plans and datasets specifications
• Perform statistical analyses using established methods and software
• Interpret analytical findings and prepare statistical sections of reports
• Collaborate with data managers, government stakeholders, and other customers on design and analysis
• Maintain statistical documentation in accordance with regulations
• Prepare technical reports, charts, tables, and executive summaries
• Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure accuracy and quality of analytical products
