The Public Health Institute is seeking a Part-Time Program Associate I for the Population Health Innovation Lab (PHIL). The role coordinates across teams and supports content creation, reporting, and convenings from a remote location in the U.S.

Expected start at 60% FTE (24 hours/week) with potential to scale up as funding allows. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $28.89 to $41.18, depending on knowledge, skills, and budget, with in-state travel to Northern California when required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in public health, program administration, project coordination, community health, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required, or substitute with four additional years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in public health, public policy, social work, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track project activities, priorities, and deadlines across grantees, partners, coaches, and PHIL staff.
• Maintain Airtable records for technical assistance, milestones, and contacts.
• Schedule coaching sessions, grantee meetings, and convenings; handle logistics and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, agendas, meeting notes, and action item logs.
• Coordinate with Communications on cohort posts and program announcements.
