Hinge Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Manager to lead a remote team of physical therapists and steer clinical initiatives within our AI-enabled MSK care platform. You will drive program delivery, quality outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration to execute the product vision at scale.

The role emphasizes change management, operational improvement, and innovative care models across U.S. time zones, with a commitment to coaching and professional development for PT staff.

Competenze

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Active physical therapy license in the United States, in good standing.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience with at least 6-8 clinical direct reports.
• Demonstrated success leading teams in ambitious environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with direct reports and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to lead teams across all U.S. time zones.
