We are looking for a Physical Therapist who will be responsible for delivering virtual musculoskeletal evaluation, triage, and care planning. This individual will assess patients, determine the appropriate level of care, initiate and progress conservative management when indicated, identify red and yellow flags, and collaborate closely with Care Coordinators and medical partners to ensure appropriate escalation when needed. He or she will report to the VP of Care Delivery.
