Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a part-time project manager to lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus platforms. You will coordinate across ITS, Advancement and CRM teams, manage timelines, risks and milestones, and serve as the main liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technology/digital project management and experience with platform transitions. Flexible hours and remote work available; W2 contract for 6+ months.

Role Overview

Lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus digital platforms, serving as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders. Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, meetings, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams. Support the transition from Encompass by iModules, maintain documentation/SOPs, and provide project status updates.

• GiveCampus and/or Blackthorn experience
• 3+ years of technology/digital project management
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or platform transitions
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
