Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. This role supports board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists with flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burden.

Compensation includes predictable W-2 pay, benefits, and a structured onboarding period. The day-to-day involves remote outpatient psychiatry across age groups, with standard session lengths and an in-house referral network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services
• Manage a balanced patient population across lifespan
• Adhere to standard session lengths and clinical standards
• Utilize in-house operations support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing
