Talkiatry is a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice offering fully remote outpatient care. Board-certified or eligible psychiatrists enjoy predictable W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits while maintaining clinical autonomy.

The role focuses on 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry across various ages with standard session lengths and an in-house referral network. Licensing support and technology package are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services.
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations across lifespan.
• Adhere to standard session lengths (60-min intake, 30-min follow-up).
• Utilize in-house referral network and full operational support.
• Maintain high-quality clinical care with autonomy over schedule.
