Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient psychiatry with predictable, W-2 compensation and comprehensive benefits. Physicians control their schedule and patient population with minimal administrative burden, supported by full operational teams.

Total annual on-target earnings range from $325k to $375k+, consisting of base salary and a monthly productivity incentive, with employer-paid health, vision, dental, and malpractice coverage, plus 401(k)

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state support.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry care.
• Manage patient population across lifespan with established clinical standards.
• Collaborate with in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing teams.
