Compensation ranges from $325k to $375k annually, with guaranteed productivity incentives during onboarding and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, paid holidays,
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
- Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
- Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services.
- Manage patient populations across lifespan with standard session lengths.
- Operate within telepsychiatry platform with in-house operational support.
- Collaborate with therapists and care team to coordinate care.
