Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice enabling psychiatrists to practice with the autonomy of private practice while enjoying hospital-level support. The role offers 100% remote outpatient care, flexible scheduling, and admin burden removal to focus on patient care.

Compensation is 100% on-target earnings with base salary plus a guaranteed productivity incentive, plus comprehensive benefits and licensing support to ensure long-term colleagueship.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists with MD/DO.
• Active, unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.
