Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services seeks a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to serve as a Collaborating Physician for our psychiatric NPs/PAs. This remote role provides clinical oversight, reviews charts, and supports diagnostic accuracy without direct patient care.

The ideal candidate is Board-certified in Psychiatry, resides in Georgia with an active GA license and DEA, and is committed to high-quality, compliant, collaborative care within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Must reside in Georgia and hold an active GA license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Commitment to quality, compliance, and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve records and provide clinical consultation to NPs/PAs as needed.
• Support accurate psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ensure prescribing practices align with APA and SAMHSA guidelines.
• Participate in periodic quality review meetings.
