Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Hold an active and unrestricted Georgia medical license.
• Experience in collaborative care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter into and maintain a Collaborative Practice Agreement.
• Conduct periodic chart reviews and co-sign documentation.
• Review and sign off on medication management and prescribing documentation.
