Job summary

Lavender is seeking a non-clinical, Exclusive Collaborating Psychiatrist who lives and works in Georgia to support our team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. This fully remote, flexible contract role involves collaborative oversight, chart reviews, and regulatory compliance without direct patient care.

You will work remotely from Georgia, maintain an active Georgia medical license, and help Lavender scale its digital mental health practice while meeting state requirements and licensure needs

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Georgia.
• Willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses as needed.
• Experience collaborating with Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and collaborative practice requirements.
• Tech-savvy with digital documentation and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusive collaboration oversight for Lavender's Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners across states of practice.
• Live and actively practice in Georgia; oversee NP charts and regulatory compliance.
• Sign state-specific collaboration documents for onboarding NPs; perform quarterly chart reviews.
• Deliver at least one virtual continuing education session annually.
• Maintain documentation standards and provide timely feedback.
