Job summary

AUGUST ROSE HEALTH CENTER LLC is seeking an Adult PRP Counselor to support children and adolescents in building practical life skills for greater independence and emotional stability. This role involves hands-on work in clients’ homes, communities, and via telehealth when allowed.

A typical day includes meeting clients in community settings, coaching for emotional and behavioral stability, and coordinating with therapists to ensure progress toward IRP goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or PRP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychiatric rehabilitation interventions based on the IRP.
• Provide services in the community, home, office, school, or telehealth.
• Support skill-building in emotional regulation, daily living, social skills, and communication.
• Document progress and complete required forms to meet program standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and treatment teams to align goals with care plans.
• Attend and document monthly collaboration with the OMHC therapist.
