BTST Services LLC is seeking a PRP Direct Care Staff/Counselor to assess client needs, provide supported living services and counseling across community, home, and office settings. The role focuses on progress toward rehabilitation goals with youth and adults facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities include 4-6 direct sessions per client monthly, IRP development every 3-6 months, crisis intervention, and careful documentation compliant with COMAR regulations. Equal opportunity employer.

• A degree in a health related field OR 30 hours toward a health related field.

Mansioni

• Provide a minimum of 4-6 direct service sessions per client per month as planned by the rehabilitation team.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan with the client every 3-6 months.
• Help clients resolve problems, identify resources and make effective use of resources.
• Teach clients independence and self-advocacy.
• Perform crisis intervention and assistance as necessary.
• Maintain client charts and documentation per agency policies and COMAR regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
