Job summary

Lavender is a nurse-founded, remote-first psychiatry and therapy practice seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatry visits based in New York. Flexible full-time or part-time engagement with mentorship and 1099 compensation; operate within 8am–8pm across seven days, with minimum 16 hours per week.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physician colleagues, no patient minimums, and access to ongoing education and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• MSN required and NY NP license active.
• ANCC board certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Must have own computer and a quiet space for telepsychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
• Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care.
• Provide medication management and talk-therapy modalities as needed.
