Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a telemedicine role based in Michigan. The position offers W2 compensation on a fee-for-service model with a salary range of $65,000 to $94,000 per year, depending on patient hours (15-20 per week).

Healthcare providers will assess and treat adults and adolescents, with a focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality telepsychiatry care. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance across the state.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Knowledge of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessments via telemedicine.
• Prescribe medication as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate on care plans with clients and clinicians.
• Complete paperwork and use assessment tools per guidelines.
• Adhere to Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines.
