Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Short Pump, VA. This fee-for-service (W2) role offers a salary range of $130,000–$187,000 per year based on 25-35 clinical hours per week, with telemedicine and in-person care.

As part of Thriveworks, you will assess and treat adolescents and adults, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide ADHD treatment within clinical guidelines. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are available.

Competenze

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in VA.
• AdvancedMD EMR experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year psychiatry practice; 3 years overall experience preferred.
• VA licensure required in practicing state.
• ADHD clinic training with exam and certification provided.

Mansioni

• Perform psychiatric assessments and evaluations in person and via telemedicine.
• Treat patients aged 14 and older.
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and update individualized care plans with patients.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors on programs and services.
