Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Board Certification required
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state
- Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year in psychiatry required
- Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state
- In-house training on ADHD treatment standards with certification exam
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine
- Treat clients aged 14 and up as appropriate
- Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms
- Collaborate on care plans and document care accurately
- Complete required paperwork and assessment tools
- Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients and services
