Thriveworks in Cambridge, Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical care to a diverse adult and adolescent population, through in-person and telemedicine services. The role offers a fee-for-service (W2) track with compensation ranging from $74,000 to $106,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week.

Clinicians will practice under Thriveworks guidelines and maintain licensure in the practicing state.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority.
• Active licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in psychiatry and EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine capacity.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up as needed.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools per Thriveworks guidelines.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on services.
