Job summary

Thriveworks in Allentown, PA is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine care for adolescents and adults. The role is 15–20 hours per week on a fee-for-service (W2) arrangement, with a salary range of $65,000 to $94,000 per year based on hours worked.

Qualified candidates will hold a PMHNP with board certification, MSN, and prescriptive authority in Pennsylvania. Training includes ADHD guidelines and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP, board certification required.
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
• Experience in psychiatry is preferred; 3 years overall preferred; 1 year psychiatry required.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat patients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate to reduce symptoms.
• Create and update care plans with clients.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools; adhere to Clinical Practice Guidelines.
