Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Quincy, MA. This fee-for-service (W2) role offers a compensation range of $147,000–$212,000 per year for 25–35 clinical hours weekly, with telemedicine and in-person care.

Ideal candidates hold an PMHNP with board certification and a Master’s in Nursing with prescriptive authority, plus MA license. ADHD training is available in-house; no quotas are set for patient load.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Masters in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in MA.
• At least 1 year psychiatry experience; 3 years in total is a plus.
• Must be licensed and live in the state where practicing.
• Completion of ADHD training and certification exam will follow.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessments for adults and adolescents in person and via telemedicine.
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate to reduce symptoms.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete and file all required paperwork and assessment tools.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients, programs, and services.
