Thriveworks seeks a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our telehealth team in Delaware. The clinician will provide evening and weekend sessions for adults and adolescents, performing assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning via remote care.

The role requires an active PMHNP license in Delaware and prescriptive authority. Experience in telemedicine and AMD EMR is a plus; compensation ranges from $51,000 to $76,000 per year for 10–15 hours weekly, with flexible

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority.
• Active Delaware license to practice as PMHNP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments via telemedicine for adults and adolescents.
• Prescribe medications per clinical guidelines and maintain care plans.
• Create and update care plans and collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors.
• Complete necessary paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
