Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting and focuses on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We’re seeking PMHNPs to provide psychiatric evaluations, med management, and ongoing care to Medicaid members.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Virginia
• National PMHNP-BC certification
• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration in Virginia
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic meds
• Malpractice coverage in place and HIPAA-compliant home office

Responsabilités

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management for Medicaid population
• Provide ongoing care and follow-up for treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with referrals
• Work within a remote/private-practice model with group support

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• An active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in Virginia
• National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Prescriptive authority, active DEA registration, and Virginia controlled substance registration
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
