Third Space Therapy offers a telehealth-focused, Medicaid-centered psychiatric practice. We seek a PMHNP to perform evaluations, manage medications, and deliver ongoing psychiatric care to Medicaid members.

We handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing, enabling you to focus on clinical excellence from a HIPAA-compliant home office. English fluency required; Spanish preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Virginia
• National PMHNP-BC certification
• Prescriptive authority and an active DEA registration
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications
• Experience working with EHR systems and other digital tools
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish preferred

We're looking for passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — scheduling, billing, insurance — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• An active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in the state of Virginia
• National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Prescriptive authority and an active DEA registration
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications (under supervision or independently)
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital toolsA quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
