Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Jersey City, NJ to provide adult and adolescent mental health care using telemedicine and in-person visits.

The role requires PMHNP board certification and an MSN with prescriptive authority, with 1 year psychiatry experience required and 3 years preferred. In-house ADHD training is provided, and there are comprehensive benefits and a ramp stipend for clinicians with significant availability.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year psychiatry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings.
• Care for clients aged 14 and up; develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with clinicians and regional directors on programs and services.
