Job summary

Gainwell is seeking a Provider Revalidation Field Representative to serve as the primary liaison between Gainwell, state Medicaid programs, and provider communities. This role supports enrollment and revalidation, ensuring CMS, state and federal requirements are met.

The position is 100% remote with a requirement to reside in Northern Louisiana. You will educate providers, manage documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to improve performance and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment or related healthcare operations.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare enrollment and credentialing.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers regarding enrollment and revalidation requirements and deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers through the revalidation process.
• Research and resolve provider inquiries related to enrollment, revalidation, credentialing, and billing operations.
• Deliver provider education through consultations, webinars, and outreach activities.
• Monitor provider participation and revalidation progress, collaborating with internal teams to improve completion rates.
