Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Hybrid Provider Enrollment Field Representative in Richmond, VA to liaison between Gainwell, Virginia Medicaid, and the provider community.

You will conduct outreach, enrollment, revalidation, site visits, and education, building strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities to support program integrity and access to care for Virginia Medicaid members. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment or Medicaid operations.
• Experience with provider outreach and education preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers regarding enrollment, revalidation, participation requirements, credentialing, provider maintenance, and program compliance.
• Conduct proactive outreach to providers regarding enrollment, revalidation deadlines, corrective actions, and Virginia Medicaid initiatives.
• Perform in-state site visits for moderate- and high-risk enrollments following CMS and state requirements.
• Document interactions, outreach activities, site visits, and issue resolutions per contract guidelines.
• Deliver provider education through webinars, workshops, forums, conferences and one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support provider satisfaction and program integrity.
