Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience required in Provider Relations and/or Managed Care Product Administration
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Care Administration or Other Related Degree

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between The Healthcare Network and provider community across multiple product lines.
• Build strong relationships with providers; deliver education visits on policies and initiatives.
• Conduct on-site visits, telephonic conversations and written updates with Hospital executives, Patient Account Managers, Physicians, Office and Billing Managers.
• Lead provider orientations on policies, billing and company initiatives.
• Represent Provider Consultant Department in workgroups and committees addressing provider concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be highly proficient and creative at problem solving.
