Job summary

Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization, LLC is seeking a provider relations specialist who will act as the primary liaison between the provider community and PBACO. You will deliver education on policies and initiatives and support during claims and benefits discussions.

The role requires travel for on-site visits and off-site meetings as needed. The candidate should have at least 2 years in provider relations or managed care, with a preferred bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Provider Relations or / Managed Care Product Administration.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the provider community and PBACO and educate on policies.
• Conduct on-site orientations for primary and specialty care physicians.
• Coordinate provider visits, mail invitations, and share PBACO forms and manuals.
• Schedule annual goal/target visits to educate on policies and initiatives.
• Communicate with Hospital executives and office managers to resolve issues.
