Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to support provider contracting and network growth. You will manage in-flight contracts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure data accuracy across sourcing and vendor systems.

You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment and collaborate across departments while traveling as needed for client meetings and team events. This role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or a similar role within a managed care environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suites, with strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize demographic data for current out-of-network providers to create recruitment lists, targeting network adequacy based on geography, specialty, or member demographics.
• Support the preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with the Provider Recruitment team to address provider inquiries, concerns, and data-related contracting inquiries.
