Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to manage provider contracting lifecycle and support market strategies through accurate data management. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external providers to ensure data completeness for new contracts.

You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment. The position is remote with travel as needed and offers base pay with bonuses and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in healthcare contract coordination or provider relations in a managed care environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suites with strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize demographic data for current out-of-network providers to create recruitment lists and target network adequacy by geography, specialty, or member demographics.
• Support the preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with the Provider Recruitment team to address provider inquiries and data-related contracting issues.
• Oversees the “Request to Join” process and the “Join Our Network” mailbox to identify new provider contracts promptly.
• Generate reports and summaries concerning provider contract data updates and network status from multiple sources.
