Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Manager of Provider Network Operations to build and scale the clinical network powering Pomelo's Midlife line of business. You will partner with Recruiting, Licensing & Credentialing, Product, and Clinical Leadership to create processes, programs, and infrastructure supporting growth, utilization, retention, and quality across a multi-license-type provider network.

• Own end-to-end provider network responsibilities, including orientation, utilization, and retention.
• Define and track provider utilization metrics and translate data into actions.
• Set network capacity targets and close gaps before patient access is affected.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Licensing & Credentialing, Product, and Clinical Leadership to improve the network.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider relationships across orientation, utilization, and retention.
• Define and track provider utilization metrics; translate insights into fixes.
• Build and run programs to keep clinicians practicing within the Pomelo network.
• Collaborate with Quality to define network standards and translate them into criteria.
