Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking an experienced Provider Network Manager to oversee provider recruitment and network management across Northern California. This full-time, remote role requires travel within the territory to meet with dental offices and staff, while you build strong provider relationships and scale the network.

You will recruit and contract dental providers, negotiate participation agreements, and coordinate credentialing, aiming to deliver excellent provider experience and high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in provider network management or related healthcare field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern California.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and contract general dentists and dental specialists to expand the provider network.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with participating providers and office staff.
• Conduct provider onboarding, orientations, and ongoing education regarding network policies and procedures.
• Negotiate provider participation agreements.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provider operational and network-related questions.
• Analyze network adequacy and identify strategic recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an exceptional provider experience and high-quality service.
