Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking a Provider Network Coordinator to deliver administrative and coordination support to the Provider Network Director. You will help with provider data maintenance, SCAs, issue tracking and credentialing activities, ensuring accuracy across systems and timely processing.

The role maintains organized documentation, supports day-to-day provider operations, and ensures a responsive experience for providers while collaborating with internal teams such as Claims, Credentialing,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of administrative or healthcare support experience.
• Experience with provider data, healthcare systems, or admin workflows preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SCA and contracting requests from intake through execution.
• Maintain provider demographic and operational data across systems.
• Process routine provider changes and keep directories updated.
• Assist with applications, credentialing and recredentialing activities.
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate communication between Provider Network, Credentialing, Claims and other teams.
• Schedule, document preparation and general administrative duties.
