Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking a remote Provider Enrollment Specialist to streamline payer enrollment for physicians and clients. You’ll manage enrollment applications, keep documents current, and communicate credentialing issues to the team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of payer enrollment experience, familiarity with the Pacific Northwest, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This is a remote role open to candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payer enrollment experience; certification is a plus.
• Experience with Pacific Northwest payer enrollment.
• CredentialStream software experience highly preferred.
• Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data.
• Proficient in conveying ideas effectively, both written and verbally.
• Skilled at identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions.
• Capable of prioritizing work flow and able to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely completion of complex payer enrollment applications.
• Update and maintain documents for assigned clients and physicians.
• Communicate credentialing related issues to client service managers, clients and providers.
• Other duties as assigned.
