Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking a remote Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our healthcare enrollment team. The role involves completing complex payer enrollment applications, updating client documents, and communicating credentialing issues with managers and providers.

A minimum of 2 years in payer enrollment is expected, with Certification a plus. The position is remote, offering the opportunity to work with physicians nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payer enrollment experience; certification is a plus.
• Experience with CredentialStream software is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete government and commercial payer enrollment applications in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain documents for assigned clients and physicians.
• Communicate enrollment issues to clients and providers; escalate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re seeking a remote Provider Enrollment Specialist to join us. This is a remote position.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the timely completion of complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications
• Update and maintain all necessary documents for assigned clients and physicians
• Proficiently communicate credentialing related claims issues to client service managers, clients and providers
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring to Zotec:

• 2 or more years of payer enrollment experience; certification is a plus
• Experience with Pacific Northwest payer enrollment
• CredentialStream software experience highly preferred
• Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data
• Proficient in conveying ideas effectively, both written and verbally
• Skilled at identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions
• Capable of prioritizing work flow and able to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
