Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or related healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with commercial and/or government health plans preferred.
• Experience using payer portals and provider databases preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor provider enrollment applications with commercial plans, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other payers.
• Track enrollment status from submission through completion and maintain records.
• Follow up with health plans to resolve delays and missing information.
• Identify enrollment issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain enrollment tracking systems and payer records.
• Assist with credentialing updates and roster management.
• Support audit readiness and compliance documentation.
