Job summary

SCP Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to process provider applications for Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and commercial payors. You will manage multiple enrollments, maintain CAQH records, verify licenses, and coordinate with providers and payors to avoid enrollment lapses.

The role requires knowledge of credentialing processes and strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Lafayette, LA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Provider Enrollment/Payor Credentialing experience.
• Knowledge of CAQH and National Provider Identifier databases.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid or commercial payors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain provider applications for enrollment and re-enrollment.
• Prioritize and manage multiple enrollments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Log, receive and scan Provider Enrollment Packets and update databases.
• Monitor credentials to ensure active status and renewals.
• Serve as primary contact for providers and payors on enrollment questions.
• Perform data entry of submitted applications and follow up to ensure timely approvals.
