Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Provider Data Lead Representative for remote work in the United States. You will ensure accurate maintenance of provider data across core systems like HCPM, CPF, and Facets, handling additions, terminations, and updates while resolving fallout to improve data integrity and customer experience.

Role emphasizes data quality, root-cause analysis, and collaboration in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proficiency using CPF and HCPM (Proclaim and Facets preferred).
• Strong understanding of data flow and downstream system impacts.
• Knowledge of provider structures (Practitioners, Groups, Facilities, Ancillaries).
• Understanding of contracts, networks, and Market Guidebook standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute provider data additions, terminations, and updates.
• Perform data remediation across HCPM, CPF, and Facets.
• Apply contract terms and network rules for accurate data outcomes.
• Identify risks in data load processes and take corrective action.
• Validate data accuracy across systems and ensure downstream transmission.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions.
