Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Provider Data Lead Representative to maintain accuracy and integrity of provider data across core systems such as HCPM, CPF, and Facets. The role focuses on timely updates, corrections, and terminations to support network quality and improve the customer and provider experience.

Responsibilities include data remediation, validation across multiple systems, and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated proficiency using CPF and HCPM required; Proclaim and Facets preferred.
• Strong understanding of data flow and downstream system impacts.
• Knowledge of provider structures including Practitioners, Groups, Facilities, and Ancillaries required.
• Working knowledge of DAL, Inventory Manager, ETQS, Activity Manager, Provider Manager, Renaissance and Knowledge Exchange preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute provider data additions, terminations, and updates per procedures.
• Perform data remediation in HCPM, CPF, and Facets to maintain accuracy.
• Implement updates from quality audits to improve data integrity.
• Apply contract terms and network rules for accurate data outcomes.
• Identify risks in data load processes and take corrective action.
• Validate data accuracy across systems and ensure downstream transmission.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Analyze intake requests from matrix partners for provider/network updates.
• Document production and quality standards in the Daily Activity Log (DAL).
• Support testing and validation for system enhancements.
• Collaborate within a team while maintaining accountability for results.
