Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to help maintain network adequacy and contract data quality. You will work closely with internal teams and external providers to manage contracts and onboarding, in a role reporting to the Manager, Network Recruitment.

This remote position allows candidates across multiple states with travel for client meetings and team events. Compensation includes base salary plus benefits and annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of healthcare contract coordination experience.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suites with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Use demographic data to create recruitment lists targeting network adequacy.
• Support preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and LOAs.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data-related contracting needs.
• Oversee the "Request to Join" process and the Join Our Network mailbox.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status.
• Coordinate with departments to collect provider data for enterprise systems.
• Maintain and verify contracting data in the network database.
• Support special projects ensuring completeness and accuracy of the database.
• Screen and research incoming provider requests from multiple platforms.
• Participate in process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
